Abstract:Taking Changbai areain Shenyangasanexample,thispaper proposesasystematictransformationplanbyanalyzing theoperatingstatusoftheexistingdrainagepipenetwork,pumpingstationsandinterceptiongatesinviewofthefrequent waterloggingandinsuffcientdrainagesystemcapacityduringtherainyseason.Theprojectmeasuresincludeoptimizingwater catchmentzoning,renovatingandbuildingrainwaterpumpingstations,openingupinlandriver drainagechannels,etc.,and combiningtheInternetofThingsbigdataanalysisandarticialintellgencetechnologytointegratetheconceptofasmart drainagesystemthatintegratesreal-timemonitoring,intellgentdispatchanddynamicearlywarning.Theresultsshowthatthe applicatioofsmartwatertechnologyhassignificantlyimprovedsystemeficiency:real-timemonitoringandearlywarninghave shortened the time to discover waterlogging risks by 80% ,andthe speed of Incident Response Service has been greatly improved; intelligent dispatching of pumping stations based on rainfall data reduces energy consumption by 10% ~15 % ,extending equipment service life;pipe network disease diagnosis technology reduces maintenance costs by more than 20% .In addition,through the designof jointlyconstructedpumpingstations,presurepipeoutlowandtheconstructionofmulti-leveldrainagesystems,resource integrationandlong-termoperationandmaintenancehavebeenachieved.Thisresearchprovidesapracticalreferenceforthe intellgentrenewalofurbandrainageandwaterloggingpreventionsystems,andisbothtechnical feasibleandeconomical.

沈阳长白片区汇水面积约 740ha ,四至范围北起南堤西路、南至浑南大道、西抵长白一街、东至南堤西路,以长白内河为界分为南北两区,片区内采用分流制排水系统,雨水经长白中路主干管汇集后接人马总泵站,最终排入浑南干渠。(剩余4623字)
