Abstract:Hydraulicsystem,asapowertransmisiontechnologyiswidelyusedbecauseofitsadvantagessuchashigh eficiency,safety,easycontrolandlargeforce.Inordertoquicklyfindthecauseofhydrauliccylinderfaultandthelocationof faultpoint,andtomaintainanddealwithequipmentfaultintime,ensurethecontinuity,safetystabilityofproductionloading andunloadingoperations.Throughtheaplicationofobservationinspectionmethod,pressurecurvemethod,oilpasageswitch method,stresstrainmethdandoteretectiometods,fultalysisanbefectivelyariedoutqupmentfaultpointscan beaccuratelyfound,andmaintenanceworkcanbecompletedquicklyeficientlyandaccurately,soastoensuretheavailability and integrity of gangway.
