Abstract： Thisstudy analyzedthereverseslopedrainageplanofNingqiaoTunnel.Through therelaydrainageof multi-stage pumpingstationsandmechanicaldrainagesystems，theriskofwatergushingwasefectivelycontroledandthestablityand safetyoftunnelconstructionwereensured.Theimplementationofthereverseslope drainageschemeimprovesdrainagefficiency， reduceswaterflowacumulationproblemsduringconstruction，andensuresconstructionprogressandpersonnelsafetyBasedon actualconstructionexperience，emergencyresponsemeasuresforwatergushingproblemsareputforward，andsuggestionsare madefordrainagedesignandtechnicalimprovementsforsimilartunelprojectsinthefuture.Thisstudyprovidesvaluable reference for tunnel drainage plans under complex geological conditions.
