Abstract:Theeffctsofdiffrent SAPcontent ontheworking performance,compressivestrength,shrinkageand crack resistance of sand C5O concrete with 25% stone powder content were studied,and the relationship between shrinkage rate and mass loss rate was explored. The results show that: when the SAP content is 0.2% ,the working performance of concrete can be improved; when the SAP content is increased to 0.5% ,the working performance range of concrete decreases,and the loss of working performance of concrete cured with SAP at 1h increases. When SAP content is 0.2% ,the compressive strength of concreteisincreased,thedryingshrinkageisreduced,andtheearlycrackingresistanceofconcreteisimproved.WhentheSAP content is increased to 0.5% ,the compressive strength of concrete is greatly reduced,the shrinkage is increased,and the early crackingisacceleratedTheshinkagerateandmasslossrateofconcretecanbefitedbyqadaticpolyomial,butthefunction relations obtained under different SAP content are different.
