有砟轨道轨下垫板厚度自动化检测方法研究

Abstract:Tamping isacritical part of themaintenanceandoperationofbalastedtracks,andplanningrequires determiningthe thicknessoftheunder-railpadswithinthetampingsectionExistingmethodsformeasuringthethicknessofunder-railpadssuffer fromloweficiencyandpooobjectity.Thispaperproposesameasurementmethodbasedon3Dcameralinelasertechnologyto measuretethicknessofrailwayunderailpads.Byequippingatrackinspectiontroleywitha3Dcameraaninertialmeasureent unitandaleagepositiongsychoationnittheprofilearacteistsofteudeailpadsndsuoundingtracktructure componentscanbereconstructedinreal-time.Thethicknessoftheunder-railpadsisthencalculatedusinganimage-calibrationbasedcoordinatemapingmodel.Theresultsshowthatthestandarddeviationcoeficientofrepeatedmeasurementsremains stable within 2% ; at a 95% confidence level,thedeviation inrepeated measurements is less than O.25mm.Whencomparing the experimental resultswithmanualmeasurementsinthefield,theresidualsofthemeasuredunder-railpadthicknesseswereallwithin.5mm. This method effctively replaces existing detection techniques,improving both efficiency and accuracy.
