Abstract:Aimingattheproblemsofobviousthermalbridgeefectandcomplexconstructionintraditionalstageredsteel pipejointsandsleevejointsofprefabricatedsandwichinsulationwalboard,anewtypeofF-typejointwasdesigned.The mechanicalpropertiesofthejointunderaxialcompresionandhorizontallow-cyclerepeatedloadingweresystematicallystudied bycombiningfiniteelementsimulationandfullscalemodeltests.Atthesametime,theforcetransferpaths,deformationmodes andenergyconsumptioncharacteristicsofthenewnodeandthetraditionalnodearecomparedandanalyzed.Theresultsshow thatwithitsuniqueflexibleconnectionstructure,thenewF-shapednodeefectivelyreducestheimpactofthermalbridges, improves construction efficiency by 40% ,has the highest ultimate bearing capacity and stable performance,and is suitable for external wall insulation structural systems of high-rise prefabricated buildings.
