Abstract： Traditional Chinese Medicineisacomplex of multi-levelcultures.Asoneofthefour major medicalgroups inJiangxi， the"Luling Medical School"hasgatheredfamousdoctorsthroughouthistoryandhasaprofoundculturalheritageofmedicalethics. Theformationoftemedicalethicscultureofthismedicalsholisnotacidental.ItisrotedinteLulingculturespursuitofexcellenceandadherencetointegrityanddevelopedonthebasisof thematerialprosperitybroughtaboutbytesouthwardshiftof the politicalndconomicentre.Relingontheertileland，bundantmedcialrsourcs，andonveientwaterndlandtaaio oftheJitaiBasin，itgradualltookshape.Thisaticletakestherepresetativefiguresofte"LulingMedicalSchol"asto searchobjectandtoughsortingoutteorigin，fmationdevelopment，anddepeningoftheirmedicaleicsculture，lboteson thespecificcontentofte"Lulingedicalhol"medicalticsviesummazesitsaincharacteristicsandsristpstthe traditionalmedicalethicscharacteristicsofte"ulingMedicalShol"，providingrfereneandguidancefortheinheritancaddevelopment of traditional Chinese medicine culture and contemporary medical and health care.
