Abstract：Asanimportant vehicleforcampus culturalconstruction，universitystudentassociationsplayasignificantroleinimplementingthe"Three-WideEducation"philosophy.ThispaperfocusesontheScienceandTechnologyAsociationattheScholof ElectronicandOpticalEngineering&ScholofFlexibleElectronics （FutureTechnolog）atNanjing UnivesityofPostsandTelecommunicatios（referredtoasthe"ScholAsociation"）asaspecificsientificandtechnicalstudentorganization.Groundedintepe spectiveofculuralconstruction，itsstematicallexplorestheducatioalvalueofitsasociationcturendspcificdevelot pathways.Thestudyaimstoclarifytheconnotativesystemof teassociationculture witintheSchoolAssociation，analyeits educationalfunctiosinowldgetrasmisionbilityevelopent，andvauedanc，ndddresseistingpracticalssusua adequateculturaltransmsiomehasms，overepasisontchicalskillatteexpeseofhumanisticivationdlitedap pealdue tomonotonousculturalcariers.Bycombiningcaseanalysiswiththeoretical deduction，thispaperproposesasystematic constructionpathfortessociatioculurefromfourdimesios：stiutioaliinguluraltansmissiondeplintegatngteical culturewithhumanisticspirit，onstructingimmersiveculturalscenarios，ndimprovingincentivemechanismsforculturalducation with the goal of enhancing the practical effectiveness of its educational function.
