Abstract：Redcultureisaculturalformwithadistinctpoliticalstance，profoundhistorical heritage，andrichspiritual connotatins，developedundertheleadershipoftheCommunistPartyofChinaduringvarioushistoricalperiodsofrevolution， construction，andreform.Itservesnotonlyasaremembranceof historybutalsoasavaluablespiritualdrivingforcefortheprogress ofcontemporarysociety.Thispaper，basedontheredculturalresourcesoftheChangduregion，firstanalyzesthehistorical accumulationandsymbolicrepresentationsofChangdu’sredculture，elucidatingitssignificanceasbothaspiritualsymbolanda culturalresoue.Furtherre，addressingpracticalissuessuchastesingulaapproachtodissmiationinthecurrentpropgation of Changdu'sredculture，itproposestheconstructionofamoderncommunicationsystemthroughmultipledimensions，ncluding symbolrefitaieodigaidlalolbatoomotigatieio andinnovativedevelopmentofredculturalsymbols，theinfluenceandrecognitionofredculturecanbeefectivelyenhanced， providing theoretical references and practical insights forthesustainabledevelopmentof red culture in ethnic regions.
