Research on the Construction Path of Vocational College Culture Based on the Concept of Family Culture

Abstract:Thisstudysystematically examines thecore elements of "familyculture"intypicalcontextssuchas households,communities,andenterprises,andadaptstemtovocationalcoleges,formingafamilycultureonstructionframeworkcenteredoideo logicalidentiaoalatiolbatiidsiiolOsistii nairetoconductresearchonteachesandsudents,sortsoutanderactsalistofemotioaldficiencisandistitutioaligidityin thepracticeofmilyureostrucioinocaioalcollges.Byintegatingonepaldace,avialiteractioeibleinstitutionaldesign,thisresearchconstructsacampusculturemodelcharacterizedbywarmthandsharedresponsibilty.The study aimstoprovidetoreticalfoundatiosndpracticalparadigmsforcatioalcolges tochveuluralduationumastica agement,andinstitutionaladaptabilitytherebyfosteringcommunitybuildingamongeachersandstudentsandenhancingcampus spiritual civilization.
