Borderline Universities' Putonghua Promotion Practice Team： Exploring and Implementing National Common Language and Script Promotion

—Taking West Yunnan University as an Example

Abstract：Thenationalcommonlanguageandscriptareimportantlinks in forgingthesenseofcommunityfortheChinese nation， andalsohefoundationforachievingcomprehensiveruralrevitalizationandcosbordercommunicationinbrderareas.Thisarticle takesthesocialpractice"UndertheGreenTreebytheFirePond"ofnationalborderpromotionpracticeteamatWestYunaUniversityas the research object.Through the practical exploration of the "university + local + cross-border group" three-dimensional colaborativepromotionmodel，the"fourones"corepromotionontent，andte"treecharacteristicmodules"promotionpaththeadvantagesandexperiencesofborderuniversitisparticipatinginthepromotionorkareextracted.At thesametie，inresponsetothe problemsoflimitedresourceinvestmentandcontinuoussuply，ncompletelong-temmechanismsandnormalizationcostuction， andchallengesinepintegationofdogeousmotivatioandculuralidntityinpracticemeasuresareproposedtotrgen policyandresourceguarantees，constructnormalizedlong-termmechanisms，andstimulatelocalculturalendogenousmotivationin ordertoprovideapracticalparadigmforsimilarborderlineuniversities tocaryoutthepromotionofnationalcommonlanguageand script.

语言文字是国家认同和社会发展的基石，边疆地区作为多民族聚居、跨境交流频繁的特殊区域，其国家通用语言文字的普及程度不仅关系到当地群众的生活质量，更与国家安全、边疆稳定、中华民族共同体意识培育紧密相关。（剩余6770字）
