Abstract:Inthecontextofaccelerated knowledgerenewalandinformation explosiontraditional staticdisposalmethodsrelying onborrowingrates,publicationyears,andmanualexperiencehavebcomeiadequateforoptimizingcoletionsandmtingkowledgeservicedemands.Thishasledtosimultaneousoccurencesofdocument"surplus"and"imbalance".Toadressthisissuethe paperproposesconstructingadynamicevaluationsystembasedonbigdata,knowledgegraphs,andartificialintellgence,eabling multi-dimensionalmonitoringandinteligentanalysisofdocumentusage,academicvalue,andknowledgeconectivity.Buildingon thisfoundation,thestdyexplorestedesignandapplicationofintellgentdisposalearly-waingsystems,knowledge-association evaluatiomodels,andmulti-dimensionaldecision-makingcoordinationmechanisms.Thisadvancementfacilitatesthetrasitionof colectionmanageentfromexperience-dependenttodata-drivenapproaches,andfromstaticvalationtointeligentprdictionThe research notonlyprovidesscientificdecision-makingsupportfordocumentdisposalandenhancesresourceutilization eficiencybut alsooffrstechnicalsupportforsmartlibrardevelopmentandknowledgecosystemoptiization,demonstratingsignificanttoretical and practical significance.
