A Study on Strategies to Improve the Application Ability of Tibetan Normal University Students in the National Language and Characters Based on Adult Transformative Learning Theory

Abstract：As thebackboneoffuture basic education teachers inTibetanregions，Tibetannormal universitystudents’proficiency inthenationallanguageandcharactersisoneoftecorecompetenciessentialforteirgowthintomoderiedandprofessioalducationaltalents.ResearchfindingsindicatethatwhileTibetannormaluniversitystudentsprimarilycommunicateinbothPutongua andTibetaninheirdailyacademiclives，theyfacemuliplechalengesinapplying thenationallanguageandcharacters，ncluding cognitive，communicative，andpracticaldificultes.Basedontransfomativeleamingtheorytailoredtotheuniquechaacteristicsof Tibetannormaluniversitystudents，thisstudyonstructsatransfomativelearningprocessmodelfortheiacquisitionofteational languageandcharacters.Centeredonexperienceacquisition，themodelformsadynamicandposivefedbacklopthroughcritical reflection，knowdgeosuctionacticalcationddackdjusnt.sstotiatebeanoaliiy students，fosterialfletiofacilitateehavioaltrasfoatinndprovidesolidupportforancngteirprofcyt national language and characters.
