A Study on Strategies to Improve the Application Ability of Tibetan Normal University Students in the National Language and Characters Based on Adult Transformative Learning Theory

Abstract:As thebackboneoffuture basic education teachers inTibetanregions,Tibetannormal universitystudents’proficiency inthenationallanguageandcharactersisoneoftecorecompetenciessentialforteirgowthintomoderiedandprofessioalducationaltalents.ResearchfindingsindicatethatwhileTibetannormaluniversitystudentsprimarilycommunicateinbothPutongua andTibetaninheirdailyacademiclives,theyfacemuliplechalengesinapplying thenationallanguageandcharacters,ncluding cognitive,communicative,andpracticaldificultes.Basedontransfomativeleamingtheorytailoredtotheuniquechaacteristicsof Tibetannormaluniversitystudents,thisstudyonstructsatransfomativelearningprocessmodelfortheiacquisitionofteational languageandcharacters.Centeredonexperienceacquisition,themodelformsadynamicandposivefedbacklopthroughcritical reflection,knowdgeosuctionacticalcationddackdjusnt.sstotiatebeanoaliiy students,fosterialfletiofacilitateehavioaltrasfoatinndprovidesolidupportforancngteirprofcyt national language and characters.
