Investigation on the Communication Competence of Rural Healthcare Providers from the Perspective of Narrative Medicine

Abstract：Fromthenarativemedicineperspective，thispaperfocusesonthecommunicationcompetenceofuralhalthcaeproviders. IttakesmedicaltafiienuTwHudngoutyuzouCiadogricsplearativeoeealefor ruralmedicalpsoelisplodtoivestigateandaalyevilgesleveldicalinstitutioslikealhcntersandclinicestudy revealsthatthecommunicationcompeteneofruralhealthcareprovidersvariesgreatlyandtatterisasignificantpositiveorelation betweenheirnarativeognitionandehavior.Terefore，tispapersuggestsrdgingtegpeteeealthentersdstatiososing narative medicinetrainingandpromotion，andsetingupevaluationandfedbacksystems.Thesestepsaimtoprovideruralhealthare providers with better communication strategies，improve doctor-patient harmony，and enhance rural healthcare quality.
