Development Strategies for Childcare Services for O-3-year-old Infants and Toddlers in Qinzhou in the Context of the Three-Child Policy

Abstract：Infantsandtodlersarethehopeof thecountryandthefutureof thenation.Thehigh-qualitydevelopmentofchildcare services isesentialforinfantsandtodlers’healthygrowth，publicwelleing，ndcountry’sfutureandsustainabledevelopntSince the introduction of the three child policy，the Qinzhou municipal government has activelypromoted itsintegration with corrsponding economicandsocialpolicies，refiedthepopulationimpactasessmentmechanismformajoreconomicandsocialpolicies，andachieved remarkable progessinchldareservicedevelopment.Prbles，however，persistin Qinzu’schildcareservices：unbalancedsplynd demand，alackfivesitndieItisomededtrooteitaresofareolciestousd outreachadvancetacrs’profesioaldevelontbytingarokevioenandancetualityofcilareic tobetter meet the developmental needsof infantsand toddlers.
