Abstract：Digitaltechnologiesareprofoundlyimpactingideologicalandpoliticaleducationincollgesanduniversties，whichis fundamentallytaskedwithstablishingmoralityandcultivatingtalentsInordertomeethedemandsoftetimes，cultivatingthedigital literacyofcolgeandunivstsudentsfroteperspecieofiitaldeologialandpitcalduationisfparamoutiae. TakingthestudentsofuangiinacialVocatioalColeasthsubjects，ispaperivestigatesthigialiteracyfhigvocatial colegestudtstdesadisrtsdpbsfrospeiefiialeolaldialaopo improvementpathwaysfromthreeaspectsofstudentindividuals，scholeducationandsocialasistance：（1）demandside：ehancing digitaliteracypationtofostertsenseofdiialcizesip;supplysidevegingiolgialandpoliticalucaiste mainchaneltodeliverhigh-qualtydigitaliteracyinstruction；（3）supportside：regulatingdigitalmediabehavirandreiforcgth guiding role of mainstream digital media.
