SWOT Analysis and Countermeasures for Village Party Branches Leading Collective Economic Organizations

Abstract：Thispaperuses SWOT（strengths，weakneses，opportunities，threats）analysistoevaluatetheroleofvilageParty branchesindrivinguralclectiveeconomicorganizationsinShaoguanWhilethesebrancheshavesignificantstrengths，teirinteal weaknesescannotbeoverloked.Itisrecommendedtomaximizethesestrengthstoenhanceteirleadershipidevelopingclective economicorganizations.Accordingly，countermeasuresareputforward：（1）ideological guidancetobuildconsensusandstrengtenthe ideologicalfoundation；picyladeshiptomprovethetpsofplaningndreiforepiticalguaranes；（3）aentdelopt to buildthreteamsandsolidifythetalentbase;（4）mechanismiovationtoehancethemechanismsandstiulateintealmotiation.
