On the Implementation and Improvement of Autonomous Legislative Power in Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture

Abstract:Wenshan ZhuangandMiaoAutonomousPrefecture（hereafter，Wenshan Prefecture）isanethnicautonomousregion inYunanProvince.Anxaminatiooftelegalbasisforteimplementationofitsautonomouslgslativepowershowsthatteprefecture scurrentbotlenckidvancngthcunitydprgesslsinitsexclusieelianceogenralutoomyeglationwithate regulationsdedicatedtopromotinginter-ethnicrelations.Enactingspecialregulationstofosterethnicinteraction，exchange，and integrationwillarifsfctoompleterefee’saidatetoouacts， amplifyitsdemostratieroleandtogeerwithteutooyregulationreateaarmoousoderofcolborativeandgodoence under sound laws.
