Abstract:Inthedigitalage，deepcouplingof technologyandleisureenrichesmodalitiesyetestrangesthemfromleisure'sessence. Alienationmanifestsasthencroachmentofleisureimespaceandthebluringofork-leisureboundaries；leisueactivitiesdegenerate into“consumptivelabor”，covertlyexploitinglaborvalue.Moreover，tesubject-bjectrelationbetweenhumansandtieiserted, leavingndialssadtoIstsoegceoftspialpliigdialchololoe time;platforsovatingmodesofproductiontocovertlyetractvaluefromleisureactivits；digitalsystems，eshapingleisuelifeto erodeindividualgencyIndertosterpeopleowardbeterlifeandectifylsurealienatiocountemeasuresmustbesoughithee areas:harnesinginstitutionalstrengths，tighteningtechnologygovernane，andehancingindividuals’subjectivityconsiousss.
