Abstract:Thespatialpaneldataof thenortherandsouthernregionsofChinafrom2OO3 to2022 wereselected toconstructaSAR modeltotesthespatialspillverfectofhterogeoushumancapitaonteonomicdevelpmenapbtweentheortheadouth regionsofChina.Theresearchfindsthatbasichumancapitalhasplayedasignificantroleinpromotingtheeconomicdevelopmentofthis provinceinthenorthenregion，butithasanoviousiibitoryefectontheconomicdevelopmentofothereighboringprovincesCreativehumancapitalisthemaindrivingforceforpromotingtheeconomicdevelopmentofthesouthemregionandhasasignifcantpostie spatialspillortoshflingsgsosreutfad:icaseisntin“efrstcue”inpo incesandregions，smooththechannelsforthflowofceativehumancapitalandacceleratethespiloverofitsknowledge；prootete digitaltransfoatiofterpssiortproincsanddrivethultiatioofeativeuancapial；tothprovsadr gions shouldadapt measures tolocal conditions andadoptmultipleapproaches tocreate more competitive“talentdepreions".
