Abstract:Te1+XcertfcatesystemdrawsonthetheoryofworkprocessystematizationtoestablishatheoreticalframeworkforvocationaleducatiocurefoReseachevealstattetteompecyatriftheXcertificatesstm(woksop-ork tasksvocatioalsills)aligoselithteotaldmesiosfokprocssemaatio(peatioalsafelslearingscenarios),whileitsprogesivecopetncyloicjunrdlsor)coresponstvericalcareerdevelotpatha. Byreconstructingteidustducatioiegrationodeluildnganintegatedteaing-leaingessntframework,ddan cingthe“threteachingrefors”(teacher,teachingmaterials,andteachingmethods),thecertficatesystemservesastecoresupportfor shiftingvocatioalcuiculafrom“disciplieoriented”to“occupationoriented.”TedyamicupdatingmchanismofXertfiates, deeplyembeddedinvocatioalsenarios,fectivelyridgsstructuralcontradictionsetweeducatioalsupplyandidustrialdeand, offering an institutional innovative solution to resolve employment mismatch challenges.
