Abstract：Frombothtextualandlogical perspectives，comparing with“practice"，the“understanding”modeinThesesonFeuerbach istherotofMarx’stranscendenceoverFeuerbach，whilepracticeshouldberegardedastheresultofthe“understanding".The“understanding”modeinaxis“conceivigasprctice”，ereastatiFeuerbachis“Anschung（intuio）”，hfortrascedstlat terntermsoftesopeofthecogniingsubjectandtetemporalspan.Viewingpracticetroughthelnsofte“understanding”modepo sitonsitattelevelftheresultofte“understanding”，hichmeansMarx’sholisticdescriptionofthesensibleorldTishelpeinateacademicmisunderstadingsaboutthepositioingandmeaningofpracticelarfiestherelatioshiptweenpracticeanddialectics， and promotes further research on it.
