Abstract：Respectingandsafeguardingwomen’srightsisaninherentpartoftheCC’sorigialaspirationandmisson.From922to 1935，theoldregimesystemavoidedadresinggenderequalityinbasiclawandcontiuedtoapplytheQingCodeinthecivilsphere， leaving women’srightsidifcultsituationwithoutlgalprotectio.AstheleadingcoreofteChinesewomen’smovement，teCCac tivelyempoweedwomeninitslgislationduringthisperiodbyplcingwomen’liberationiinthoverallframeworkfaslibon andnatioallrationprotectingon’sightstosuvialanddevelopenttoughttrasfoationofproductioelatiosdfe guardingwomen’sfredombypromotingmaritalautonomy.Teseapproachesreflecteddistinctcharacteristicsofthetimesandhaveinspiredthedevelopmentofwomen’srightsinthenewera.Basedonthecurentsituation，weshouldtakewellbeingastheorientation， high-qualitydevelopmentasthekey，andtheleadershipof theCPCasthefundamental principletoadvancetheprotectionofwomen’s rights in the new era.
