Abstract： This paper analyzes the application of the studio model in university talenttrainingandrelated challenges，with aparticular focus on cultivating innovative talents in the postal and express delivery sectors.Initially， the study identifiesissues within the talent cultivation process under the studio model，suchasa lack of professional skills andthe difficultyof interdisciplinary cooperation. Subsequently，it outlines the advantages of the studio model，emphasizing the importance of implementing these strategies and countermeasures to improve the quality of talent training，andputs forward corresponding implementation suggestions. Finally， the paper presents methods for cultivating innovative talents in the postal and express delivery sectors. These strategies include improving students' professional skills， establishing training programs， and promoting interdisciplinarycollaboration，all aimed at facilitating the widespread application of the studio model and the continuous optimization of educational outcomes.
