Abstract：Intheraofe-commerce，next-daydeliveryservicehasbecomecrucial.Thisstudyaimstoaddressthedeliverychallengesfacedbysinglelevelwarehousenetworkenterprises，optimizeRDClocationselectionstrategies，andimprovethenextday delivery effciency of B2C electronic products to over 70% . Using a mixed integer programming model and simulated annealing algorithmtominimizecosts，andvalidatedinte"JDLogisticsCup"competition.Theresultsshowthatoptimizingthelayoutsignificantly improves eficiencyand controls costs，providing newsolutions foroptimizing e-commerce warehouse networks.
