Abstract：Theboomingdevelopmentoflowaltitudeeconomyhasputforwardademandforlowaltitudeairtraffcmanagement talents.However，theconstructionofacoreknowledgesystemforlowaltitudeairtrficmanagementisthefoundationfortalent cultivation.Thearticleanalyzesthecurentstatusofexistingairtraffcmanagementknowledgeanddelvesintothebasiccompo nentsoftheexistingairtraffcmanagementknowledgesystemfrombothfundamentalandprofessionalperspectives.Basedonpre dictablelowaltitudeairtraffcoperationscenarios，thisarticlestudiesandanalyzesthcharacterisicsoflowaltitudeairaffic operation.Atthesametime，thearticleconstructsacoreknowledgesystemforlowaltitudeairtraffcoperation.Atthesame time，thearticleconstructsacoreknowledgesystemforlowaltitudeairtrafcmanagementfromtheperspectivesof general knowledge， operational support， and planning management.
