Abstract: Withtheacelerationof modern lifepaceandtherapiddevelopmentofnewtechnologies,people'sconsumptionpatternshaveshiftedfromphysical storeshopping toonlineshoping.However,thee-commerce markethasenteredabotleneck periodduetosaturationfrequentqualityproblems,andmeagerprofitsof-commerceenterprises.Inthiscontext,theconceptof "newretail"emerged.Newretailaimstometconsumers'shopingneedsmoreconveniently,quickly,andafordablythroughthe integratioofonlineandofline,allofwhichelyontheguaranteeofinstantlogistics.Thisarticleaimstoinvestigatetheproblemsof instantlogisticstroughsurveysofconsumersanddeliverypersonnel,andproposesugestionsforimprovingistantlogis tics.
