Design of AGV Logistics Scheduling Management System for Inteligent Manufacturing Workshop

Abstract: With the rapid development of information technologyand advanced manufacturing technology, traditional manufacturing workshops are gradually transforming towardsautomation and intelligence. Intelligent logistics is the core and key ofintelligent manufacturing in workshops. To achieve automationand intelligent handling of materials in intelligent manufacturing workshops,Automated Guided Vehicle (AGVs) need tobe introduced. To achieve effective control over AGVs and complete the handling of workshop materials,it is necessary to develop a logistics scheduling system based on AGVs. Firstly,determine the data communication method and software architecture scheme for multiple AGVs,and then determine the process of completing logistics tasks for the AGV logistics scheduling system. On this basis, the functional modules of the AGV logistics scheduling system were determined, as well asthe specific functions ofeach module,the input and output design of related functional modules,and the design of interfaces,in order to achieve real-time monitoring of the AGV's status and logistics task progress,and to achieve comprehensive control of the workshop logistics process.
