Abstract：Byconstructingastochasticfrontiermodel，thispaperempircallanalyzesthetechnicaleficiencyofagriculturalprod uctstradingmarketanditsinfluencingfactorsbyusingthepaneldataof3Oprovincesandregionsin Chinafrom2009to2019. Theresultsshowthatthetechnicaleficiencyoftheagriculturalproductstradingmarketin Chinapresentsanobviousupward trend，butthegioaldierencarelargeandtefiencyislowinhewestandnrteastTwonpuvarables，theuber of markestalsandbusinessarea，haveasignificantimpactontheturnoverof agriculturalproductstrading market，andexteal factorssuchasregionaleconomicbasefactors，regionalresidents‘living standardsandregionalroaddensityconditionshavea significantpositiveimpactonthetechnicaleficiencyofagriculturalproductstradingmarketFinallaccordingtothempiical results， corresponding policy recommendations are put/forward.
