基于UTAUT理论的高校快递包装智能回收箱使用意愿影响机制研究

Abstract： The rapid development of the express delivery industry has led to the problem of express packaging recycling， especially for college students， who have a large volume of express packaging，but the recycling rate of express packaging is low. In order to improve the recycling efficiency of express packaging，collegesand universitieshave introduced intelligent recycling bins for express packaging to recycle express packaging for payment， so this paper selects five variables based on UTAUT theory， including performance expectation，effort expectation，social impact， convenience conditions，and perceived risk，and explores the influencing factors of college students' willingness to use smart recycling bins by constructinga structural equation model. The results show that performance expectation， effort expectation，social influence，and convenience conditions have significant positive effects，while the perceived risk impact is not， so further suggestions are given.
