Abstract： Basedonthecontextofcarbonreductionpolicies，thispaper focusesonthedevelopmentof agriculturalproductcold chainlogisticsinHenanProvine.Ianalyzsthecurrentdevelopmentstatusfeaturedbygrowingdemandaeleratedfacility constructionandpolicysupport，andpointsout prominentissessuchasinadequateandunevenlydistributedinfrastructure，per sistentlyhighcarboneissons，diffultiesincorporatefaningandlackofstandardsystemsandoperationalnos.Inresponse totheseproblems，countermeasuresareproposed，includingstrengtheninginfrastructureconstructionandspatialoptimizationpro motingtheapplicationofgreentechnologiestoreducecarbonemisions，expandingfinancingchanelstobreakthroughcapital botlenecs，andimprovingstandardsystemsandoperationalnomstoensurequalityandsafety.Theresearchaimstoprootethe green，low-carbonandhighqualitydevelopmentofagculturalproductcoldchainlogisticsinHenanProvince，andconriuteto agricultural modernization and rural revitalization.
