Abstract：Thedigitaltechnolog，representedbyIntemet，artificialinteligenceandbigdata，haseenexpandingitsaplication fields，adthedevelopmentofruraldigitallogisticsalsopresentsewopportunities.Thepaperdiscusesthefciencyofdigital logisticsserviceinurbanandruralareasfromthreeaspects：Thefunction mechanism，the developmentstatusquoandthecountermeasures.Thestudyfoundthattecurrnturbanandrurallogisticscoordinatedevelopmentinhecostofmanagement，infras tructure，thelevelofinformation，capacityforordinateddevelopmentandotherdiffculties.Inisrgard，somecounterasurs andsuggestionsareputforward，suchaspromotingthedigitaldevelopmentoflogisticsidustrywiththeinteligentzedpgrading ofagriculturalprductioarangingifrsucturedesinanoderlyauliatigotielytroduingprofessalisti talents locally，and optimizing the management mode of the digital development of urban and rural logistics.
