基于AHP-CRITIC-FCE法的江西省应急物资储备管理水平评价研究

Abstract： Emergency material reserve management is a key link in emergency management， providing important support for subsequent rescue efforts. The article takes the management level of emergency material reserves in Jiangxi Province under sudden natural disasters as the research object. AHP （Analytic Hierarchy Process） and CRITIC weighting methods areused to determine the weight of indicators，and the comprehensive weight is calculated through mixed weighting，taking into account both subjective and objective aspects. Finally， the actual situation is evaluated through FCE （Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation）.The results show that there are still deficiencies in material planning and management， personnel training and drills， technology application and intelligent management， emergency response and collaboration in Jiangxi Province. Finally， development suggestions are proposed to address these deficiencies.
