摘 要：食品安全问题一直是人们关注的热点话题。随着人们生活水平的不断提高，人们对食品安全也提出了更高的标准，既要优质又要安全、营养。本文以食品工程为背景，探讨食品工程中化学污染的危害，分析导致食品工程化学污染的原因，并提出有效的控制策略，以供参考。

Control Strategy of Chemical Pollution in Food Engineering

Abstract： Food safety has always been a hot topic of concern. With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards， people have also put forward higher standards for food safety， calling for high-quality， safe and nutritious food. Based on the background of food engineering， this paper discusses the harm of chemical pollution in food engineering， analyzes the causes of chemical pollution in food engineering， and puts forward effective control strategies for reference.
