食品添加剂检测技术的应用现状
摘 要:在食品加工过程中,需要应用添加剂对食品进行辅助加工,不仅可以使食品的保存时间更长,还可以提升食品的口感,使食品的生产效率进一步提高。但在实际的应用中,如果滥用食品添加剂,就会造成一定的危害,因此本文深入分析了食品添加剂检测技术的应用现状,希望可以引起相关部门的重视。

Application Status of Food Additive Testing Technology

Abstract: In the process of food processing, additives need to be used for auxiliary processing of food, which can not only prolong the storage time of food, but also improve the taste of food and further improve the production efficiency of food. However, in practical application, if food additives are abused, it will cause certain harm. Therefore, this paper deeply analyzes the application status of food additive detection technology, hoping to attract the attention of relevant departments.
