政府监管与食品质量安全

摘 要：为加强政府对食品质量安全的监督与管理工作，本文对食品质量安全监管合规性体系的内容和理论框架加以阐述，对政府监管背景下食品质量安全监督与管理工作存在的问题进行分析，并提出相应的解决办法，以更好地保证食品安全。
