数字PCR在食品安全检测中的应用

摘 要：本文运用文献分析法、归纳总结法，对数字PCR在食品安全检测中的应用进行了研究。研究发现数字PCR技术提供了新的检测思路，在沙门氏菌检测、李斯特菌检测、金黄色葡萄球菌检测等领域发挥了重要的作用。其可为食品安全提供强有力的保障，能够更好地防控食品安全问题，同时提高了国家食品安全管理的有效性。

The Application of Digital PCR in Food Safety Testing

Abstract： In this paper， the application of digital PCR in food safety detection is studied by means of literature analysis and summarization. The study found that digital PCR technology provides a new detection idea， plays an important role in the detection of Salmonella， Listeria monocytogenes， Staphylococcus aureus detection and other fields， provides a strong guarantee for food safety， and can better detect. The prevention and control of food safety issues has also improved the effectiveness of national food safety management.
