数字PCR在食品安全检测中的应用
摘 要:本文运用文献分析法、归纳总结法,对数字PCR在食品安全检测中的应用进行了研究。研究发现数字PCR技术提供了新的检测思路,在沙门氏菌检测、李斯特菌检测、金黄色葡萄球菌检测等领域发挥了重要的作用。其可为食品安全提供强有力的保障,能够更好地防控食品安全问题,同时提高了国家食品安全管理的有效性。

The Application of Digital PCR in Food Safety Testing

Abstract: In this paper, the application of digital PCR in food safety detection is studied by means of literature analysis and summarization. The study found that digital PCR technology provides a new detection idea, plays an important role in the detection of Salmonella, Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus aureus detection and other fields, provides a strong guarantee for food safety, and can better detect. The prevention and control of food safety issues has also improved the effectiveness of national food safety management.
