摘 要:本文简要分析了近几年全国市场监管部门食用农产品监督抽检情况以及食用农产品中农药残留现状,概述了食用农产品中农药残留的主要分类和常用的检测技术,旨在为市场监管部门及时管理好不合格食用农产品、保障食用农产品食用安全性提供参考资料。

Analysis of Pesticide Residues in Edible Agricultural Products

Abstract: This article briefly analyzes the situation of supervision  sampling of edible agricultural products by national market supervision departments in recent years, and the present situation of pesticide residues in edible agricultural products. Outlined the main classification of edible agricultural products pesticide residues and commonly used detection techniques. It provides reference materials for the market supervision department to manage the unqualified edible agricultural products in time and ensure the edible safety of agricultural products.
