摘 要:随着我国社会市场经济的发展,人们越发注重食品安全问题。然而,当下我国食品检验检测在技术以及质量方面仍需加强。由此,本文针对食品检验检测的质量控制进行了分析,以期促使我国食品检验检测机构的发展,逐步提升我国食品检验检测的技术水准。

Abstract: With the development of social market economy in China, people pay more attention to the problem of food safety. However, the food inspection and inspection in China still need to be strengthened in technique as well as quality. In this paper, the quality control of food inspection and testing is analyzed, in order to promote the development of food inspection and testing institutions in China, and gradually improve the technical level of food inspection and testing.
