食品安全监管政策执行问题研究

摘 要：食品安全关系着广大消费者的身体健康和生命安全，始终是人们共同关注的焦点问题。加强对食品安全监管政策的落实依赖于务实的政策执行，而对政策的具体执行则依赖于绝大多数处于食品安全监管一线的基层执法人员。本文重点剖析影响基层食品安全监管政策执行的因素，并对我国基层食品安全监管提出合理化建议。

Study on Implementation of Grassroots Food Safety Regulation Policies

Abstract： Food safety is related to the health and life safety of the people. Food safety has always been a focus of common concern throughout the people. Strengthening the implementation of food safety supervision policies depends on pragmatic policy implementation， while the specific implementation of policies depends on the vast majority of grassroots law enforcement personnel in the front line of food safety supervision. This paper focuses on analyzing the factors that affect the implementation of food safety supervision policies at the grassroots level， and puts forward reasonable suggestions for food safety supervision at the grassroots level in China.
