猕猴桃软腐病采后处理研究进展

摘 要：猕猴桃在贮运及销售期间，软腐病发病率较高，导致猕猴桃品质下降，是影响猕猴桃市场的主要病害。本文基于国内外对猕猴桃软腐病的研究，对猕猴桃软腐病的防治方法进行综述，为今后猕猴桃软腐病的防治提供参考。

Progress in the Postharvest Treatment of Kiwi Soft Rot Disease

Abstract： During the storage and sales of kiwi fruit， the incidence of soft rot is high， leading to the decline of kiwi quality， is the main disease affecting the kiwi market. Based on the research of kiwi fruit soft rot at home and abroad， the control methods of kiwi fruit soft rot were summarized in this paper， providing reference for the control of kiwi fruit soft rot in the future.
