茯砖茶中冠突散囊菌的检测条件研究

摘 要：茯砖茶是陕西地理标志产品之一，其中所含的冠突散囊菌是茯砖茶的重要指标。本文针对冠突散囊菌的检测条件进行研究，通过取样方法和拍击均质时间的对比，发现中心五点法的取样方式和60 s的均质时间是较为合适的检测条件。

Study on the Detection Conditions of Eurotium cristatum in Fuzhuan Tea

Abstract： Fuzhuan tea is a geographical indicator product of Shaanxi province， the Eurotium cristatum in it is an important index of Fuzhuan tea. In this paper， the detection conditions of Eurotium cristatum in Fuzhuan tea were studied. By comparing the sampling method and the homogenization time of the stroke， it was found that the central five-point sampling method and the homogenization time of 60 s were the more suitable detection conditions.
