超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定鸡肉中磺胺甲基嘧啶残留量方法优化

摘 要:本文通过超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法,采用电喷雾电离及质谱多反应监测模式,在不同碰撞能量下测定鸡肉中磺胺甲基嘧啶残留量。结果表明,鸡肉中磺胺甲基嘧啶残留量在碰撞能量为15 V下,具有良好的线性关系,定量限为1.0 μg·kg-1,加标回收率在93.3%~99.1%。

Optimization of the Method for the Determination of Sulfamethazine Residues in Chicken by UHPLC-MS/MS

Abstract: In this paper, the residues of sulfamethazine in chicken were determined by ultra high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry in ESI+ and MRM modes at different collision energies. The results showed that the residues of sulfamethazine in chicken had a good linear relationship under the collision energy of 15 V, the limit of quantification was 1.0 μg·kg-1, and the recovery rate of standard addition was 93.3%~99.1%.
