[Abstract]ObjectiveToinvestigate theassociationoffastingblood glucose（FPG），triglyceride（TG），andserumferritin （SF）inearlypregnancywithgestationaldiabetes melitus（GDM），andtoprovideabasisfortheearlyidentifcationanditerventionof GDM.MethodsAtotalof167 pregnant women whoatended DepartmentofObstetricsinourhospital from November 2021to December2023 wereenrolled，andacordingtotheresultsoforal glucosetolerance test，theyweredividedintoGDMgroup with76 patients andcontrol groupwith91patients.FPG，TG，and SFwerecomparedbetween thetwogroups，andtheir value in predictingGDMwasasessed.ResultsThere weresignificant diferencesbetweentheGDMgroupandthecontrol group nage， times of pregnancy，parity，familyhistoryof diabetes，bodymass index （BMI），FPG，TG，andSFinearly pregnancy（ χ2= 5.374-6.179，t=2.470-13.676，P<0.05） . The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that BMI，FPG，TG，and SF in early pregnancy were independent risk factors for GDM（ P<0.05 ）.FPG，TG，and SF had an area under the ROC curve of 0.910， 0.678，andO.715，respectively，inpredictingGDM.ConclusionThelevelsofFPG，TG，andSFinearlypregnancyareassociated with the onset of GDM and have a certain value in predicting GDM.
