[Abstract]ObjectiveTocomparetheurinarycontentofcortisol,testosterone,andtheir metabolitesamongflight person nelwithdiferenthypoxiatolerancelevelsbeforeandaftertraining,andtofindconvenientdetectionindicatorsforimmediatehy poxiatoleranceaessmentforflightpersonel.MethodsMaleflightpersonnelwhounderwenthypoxiatolerance trainingatour center were selected.Using the KK-1type anti-Gandanti-hypoxia detection device developed byamedicalresearchinstitute,30 participants eachwereselectedintothreegroupsaccordingtothehypoxiatoleranceresults:qualifiedgroup,goodgroup,and excellentgroup.Bygaschromatography-masspectrometry,thethree groupswere measuredforthelevelsofcortisol,testosteroneand their metabolites,including epitestosterone(ET),etiocholanolone(Etio),androsterone( An) , 5α -androstane 3α 17β⋅ diol(5α), 5β⋅ androstane 3α,17β -diol (5β) ,11-hydroxytestosterone(11-OHT),11-hydroxyandrostenedione(11-OHA4),17-hydroxycorticosteroids(17-OH),and17-ketosteroids(17-O)beforeandaftertraining.ResultsAcrossthethre groups,thelevelsof theindicators were all significantly increased after training Φt=-17.479 to -3.726 , P<0.05 ).The covariance analysis showed that individual hypoxia tolerance significantly affected cortisol,testosterone,and their metabolites ( F=3.173 to 9.638, P<0.05 );compared withthegoodandqualified groups,theexcelentgroupshowed significantly greaterchanges incortisol,testosterone,and their metabolites after training ⋅P<0.05 );and among all the indicators,the changes in An,Etio,and ET in the excellent group were more prominentConclusionThesecretionofsteroid hormones isafectedbyindividualhypoxiatoleranceabilityUrinary An,Etio,andEareotetialoveietandimeatessessmntiicatorforteoiatoleanceofflghtprsoelatig altitudes.

急性高空低氧严重威胁飞行安全],低氧有效意识时间可反映个体耐低氧能力,是急性高空低氧耐力模拟训练中常用的检测指标,但由于场地、设备等限制,无法在执行飞行任务前对飞行人员低氧耐力进行即时评估,因此亟需开发便捷、敏感的即时低氧耐受能力评估指标。(剩余5720字)
