【Abstract】This article studies theoil pressure testof the electromechanical unit and thevalvebody maintenance technologyforthegearshiftingshockfaultofthedual-clutchtransmision.Firstly，elaborateontheparametersettingof thededicatedhydraulictest bench，the methodforcollecting dynamicgear shifting oil pressure data，andthe determinationcriterionof thepressure fluctuation threshold；Secondly，analyzetheshockcharacteristicsatthemoment of gearshifting，thecorelation withoil temperature/workingconditions，andtheabnormal signalsof theoil pressure sensor;Meanwhile，faultanalysesareconducted fromaspects suchasthe leakageof the main oil pressure valve，the jammingof thespool valve，theresponsedeviation of the solenoidvalve，andthe pre-charging pressureof the accumulator.Finally，the maintenance processs suchasvalvebody disassemblyand clearance measurement，throttle holecleaning，sealing ring/valve slevereplacement，andrecalibrationof oil pressure closed-loopcontrol parameters were summarized.
