【Abstract】Combining quality improvement methods with experimental analysis techniques to form the "Working Method forReliabilityImprovementof Electrical Components",guiding theworkofreliabilityimprovementof electrical components.Supportedbydataanalysisofcommercialvehicleelectrical claims,itintegratesdataanalysisandphysical analysis functions.Using fault description as input,ontheone hand,analyze the internal qualityof the parts through testingand disassembly,andontheother hand,conduct experiments fromthe perspectiveof related electrical systems todetermine thetrue cause offault mode lockingandproposeefective improvement measures.Taking thereliability improvement of commercial vehicle frontcombinationlightsasanexample,aftermassproductionverification,the improvementresultsaresummarized toultimatelyguidethereliabilityimprovementof existing productsandthereliability design of new products.
