【Abstract】Automotiveelectricalinspectionisthecore link toensure thesafetyandreliabilityof thewhole vehicle， thetraditionalinspectionmethodishighlydependentonhardwareanddificulttocopewiththeevolutionof miniaturized andhigh-densityelectricalcomponents.Detectionsystem'sdynamic workingconditionadaptabilityis insuficient，multidimensional signal fusionabilityislimitedandotherissues，has becomeanimportant botleneck restricting thelanding oftheinteligent manufacturing system，and computer vision technologythrough imagetechnologyandintelligent detection，canrealize non-contact precision measurementand hidden defect identification，its spatial resolution and algorithmgeneralizationisbeterthanthe traditionalphysical inspectionmeans.Therefore，thispaperdiscusssthekey technologies of automated detection，deep learning and self-adaptationof electricalcomponents，withaviewto promoting theevolutionof automotive electricalquality inspection system in thedirectionof intelligence and interpretability.
