【Abstract】With the transformationof the global energy structure and theadvancement ofcarbon emision control, thelarge-scale popularizationof electricvehicles has putforward higherrequirements for high-powerpower bateriesand charging infrastructure.However,theexisting technologies haveproblemssuch as low energy transmission effciency, high securityrisksand poor protocoladaptability.Thearticleaims to integratehigh-power power bateryandcharging pile technologiesandproposesystem integrationoptimization strategies.Byelaborating thekeytechnologiesof thepower systemof electricvehicles,high-power power bateriesand thetheoretical basisof thechargingpilesystem,the integrateddesigniscariedoutfromthreeaspects:dynamicadaptationofthecharging interface,dynamicpower cooperative control,andthedesign of the thermal management coupling system.A hierarchical defensesecurity protectionsystemisconstructed,andtheintegrationofstandardizedchargingprotocolsisrealizedbyusing the programmableprotocol conversiongateway.Buildafull lifecycle inteligentoperationand maintenance management platformand improve theoperationand maintenance technical system.The research resultsare conducive to enhancing thecyclelifeofpower bateries,optimizing theutilizationrateofchargingfacilities,and providingtheoreticalreferences forthe sustainabledevelopmentoftheelectricvehicle industry.
