【Abstract】The introduction of electricdrive technology in the braking system has improved thecontrolaccuracy andenergyutilizationrate,but italsofaces chalenges such ascooperativecontroland safety guaranteeunder extreme working conditions.Thisarticlediscusses thecorearchitectureand safetyredundancy designof theelectricdrive technology in the automotive electronic braking system,andproposesredundancyschemessuchas dual-core heterogeneous ECU and three-channelsensor links.Experiments verify thatits fault recognition ratereaches 99.7% in the environment of ,and the fault-tolerant handover time is ⩽ 5.2ms.Theimproved PID algorithm wasdeveloped toreduce the pressure control error of the ABS solenoid valve to ±0.15MPa .Theanalysis of the research resultsis conducive to theupgrading of the electric drive technologyof the electronicbraking system of electric vehicles.
